Rescuers seek a home for Ukrainian pets amid crisis
Rescuers are looking for homes to shelter the pets displaced during the current crisis in Ukraine.
The war in Ukraine has left millions looking for sanctuary, including animals.
Individuals currently support these animals and have taken to social media to ask for support.
A group ‘Every Life Counts Rescue’ travelled to the Ukraine border, to help refugees and their pets.
A woman named Sue Rogers posted to social media, asking for help in fostering the animals.
She said, ” We are currently looking for urgent fosters for Ukraine Animals. If you are interested, please tell me, and I will put your name forward”.
” The Ukrainian animals are currently having their paperwork sorted”
She has asked for emails for those interested in signing up.
Comments flocked to voice support.
